How Booking, Vouchers & 24-Hour Free Cancellation Work

What happens when you click 'View on Viator' or 'Check Availability on GetYourGuide'.

MexicoResortHotel.com does not collect payments or custom tour deposits directly. All reservations are completed securely on Viator, GetYourGuide, or Agoda.

Listings marked 'Free 24h cancellation' allow you to cancel up to 24 hours before local departure time for a full refund.
